                      Custom Artwork
                    
                  All custom designs will require a proof before production begins. One proof and one (1) minor proof revision are included. We will not start printing until your proof is approved.
Customers may choose to review a proof for stock designs for $5.
If customer-provided artwork is not vectorized/print-ready, Mimo Market can vectorize for an additional fee. Vectorizing certain types of files may result in slight changes to the artwork; therefore, approval of a proof will be required before production commences. We will make recommendations to optimize the artwork for printing, but we cannot be responsible for the result if we did not originally create the artwork. Mimo Market will not edit an Artist's original work or original photography provided to us for printing.
                    
                    
                      Design
                    
                  All "stock" designs in the shop have example text to give ideas. Please enter personalization exactly as you'd like it printed; for example, "Hudson House" or "Fete at the Fitzpatricks". None of our items is pre-printed with any text or colors. The mockups in our online shop are for example purposes.
The Mimi Market reserves the right to make slight variations to ensure the artwork is best suited for printing. 
For example, 3-ply napkin add-ons will be printed in one ink color, corresponding to the color of the napkin. If you have a preference, please specify it in your order notes. Otherwise, Mimo Market will select colors based on the ink color chosen by the Client.
Mimo Market will design, size, and print artwork to ensure it fits best in the imprint area, unless otherwise specified.
                    
                    
                      Proofing
                    
                  Proofing times are not calculated in lead times for stock designs, and same-day approval is assumed for custom designs. If you do not request proof, your order will be immediately put into production. Please understand that proof revision requests will delay your ship date accordingly.
We will design your product exactly as shown in the sample product online. We reserve the right to make minor edits to improve the quality and design.
It is the Client's responsibility to approve proof(s) via email promptly, as production times begin upon proof approval. Mimo Market cannot be responsible for delays relating to proofing. If you have not received a proof within four (4) business days, please reach out, and we will resend your proof. We kindly request that all changes be submitted via email to orders@shopmimomarket. We cannot accept revisions via phone, text message, or direct message.
It is the Client's responsibility to review for any mistakes or errors, including but not limited to: spelling, dates, punctuation, color(s), products, and quantities. Once a proof is approved, it enters production exactly as approved, and any mistakes are the responsibility of the Client. If a proof is approved with errors, Mimo Market will work with the Client to reprint items as soon as possible.
                    
                    
                      Color & Product Variation
                    
                  Not all products from Mimo Market will be identical. We purchase from various manufacturers, and as a result, there may be slight discrepancies in color between different products.
Different products absorb ink differently, so that ink colors may vary slightly among product types. We print using the Pantone Color System, and can guarantee color matching +/- two shades.Â
If you have any questions regarding product colors, we can provide a corresponding PMS color for almost all items on our website. For some products, we may be able to print an actual physical sample for an additional fee, if time allows.
Please refer to a PMS Color Deck if you need an exact color match, as colors may appear differently on your screen. We will always represent colors using their corresponding HEX/HTML code online; however, The Mimo Market cannot be responsible for a color appearing differently than it does on your screen.

The PDF proof is not intended for use in determining exact color match, halftone replication, or approval of actual printing press characteristics. Due to differences in equipment, media, inks, and other conditions, some variation will occur between this PDF proof and the actual printed product. Digital PDF proofs viewed on a computer screen are displayed in RGB; when printed, the imprint is converted to CMYK. Variations can include: tonal changes, dot gain, slurring and blurring due to tapper or printing speed, loss of small or delicate detail, and exact placement. Such variations from the proof to the finished product will be considered acceptable performance and to be expected.
                    
                    
                      Estimated Shipping Dates + Rush Orders
                    
                  Every product will have an estimated shipping window. This is the date we estimate your order will ship. All lead times are listed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.Â
The estimated ship date assumes same-day approval of proofs. Please see more info about this above under "Proofing".Â
If you proceed with placing an order that is required before the estimated ship window, please be sure to notify us by adding a note to the cart page or anywhere in your order. We will always do everything possible to have your order ship out early!Â
Some items will display the option to add a Rush before adding them to your cart. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on rush orders, but we can expedite production considerably.
We strive to provide an accurate estimated ship date. Due to the custom nature of all items, unforeseen delays can occur. We will reach out to you immediately upon the realization of any delays.
                    
                    
                      Shipping
                    
                  Production/Lead times end when your items ship. Your order will ship via the method chosen at checkout, so please ensure you upgrade shipping as necessary if your event is close to the shipping deadline.*
We offer complimentary Ground shipping (1-5 business days) on all orders over $200. Some exclusions on specialty products apply.
If you'd like to request delivery + signature confirmation, please include that in your order notes. This option is strongly recommended if your packages are left somewhere unattended, as we cannot be responsible once your order has been delivered.
Mimo Market cannot be held responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has left our facility and is in the hands of a third-party carrier. UPS/FedEx does not guarantee any transit times during the Holiday season.
                    
                    
                      Postage
                    
                  Unless selected as an add-on or previously discussed and agreed upon in writing during a bespoke project, assembly and postage are the Client's responsibility.
Postage rates note:Â Oversized and square pieces require additional postage, as do pieces weighing more than one ounce. Invitations mailed internationally also require extra postage. When mailing internationally, be sure to omit stamp(s) on the reply envelope, as the international recipient will need to apply local postage.
We suggest visiting a US Post Office to weigh a fully assembled piece and determine the exact postage requirements before mailing.Â
We are also happy to answer questions or provide guidance, but we are not responsible for any consequences.Â
                    
                    
                      Pickup
                    
                  To ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible, we ship directly from our print shops. However, we occasionally offer local pickup and/or delivery in zip codes 76107 and 76109. We recommend sending us an email to confirm this option is available for you before placing your order.
Sometimes, we'll participate in fun holiday porch pickups in Fort Worth or other DFW events.  Keep an eye out for these special promotions! 
                    
                    
                      Lost Packages
                    
                  You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please contact Mimo Market within 48 hours of discovering that your package has been lost. We will make every effort to assist in locating a lost package with the carrier, file a claim on your behalf, and re-order items if you wish.
                    
                    
                      Cancellation / Return Policy
                    
                  Due to the custom nature of our business, please note that personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as each item is custom-printed for you.
Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted, but we will always do our best to accommodate any requests. Please contact us at info@shopmimomarket.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- In most cases, cancellations requested within 30 minutes of placing an order can be cancelled with no cancellation fees.
 - If your order has been designed/proofed, but not yet approved:Â $20 cancellation fee + $10 cost per additional proof requested.
 - If you have approved your proof, a $50 cancellation minimum fee applies within 24 hours of approving your proof; exclusions may apply.

Designs and artwork cannot be used for personal use, reproduction, or creation of derivative works, or otherwise.                       Errors / Reprints
                    
                  If your order includes any details that our team is unclear about, we may request that you approve a proof.
We require proofs for all custom orders, so we can ensure items are designed and printed exactly as you intend. Read more about Proofing and what to expect here.
It is the Client's responsibility to review their proof + all details included on the proof for any mistakes or errors, including but not limited to: designs, spelling, dates, punctuation, color(s), product types, sizes, quantities, etc. Once a proof is approved, it enters production exactly as approved, and any mistakes are the responsibility of the Client. Thank you for understanding!
We understand mistakes happen! If you accidentally approve your proof with errors, please reach out immediately, and our team will help expedite a reprint. Any outstanding balances related to reprints must be settled in full before production can commence.
                    
                    
                      Concerns
                    
                  We hope that your custom product will meet or exceed your expectations upon delivery. If you are not satisfied, please get in touch with us within two business days of receiving your order at info@shopmimomarket.com, including your order number in the subject line of the email. If a mistake has been made, we will quickly correct and reprint items as soon as possible.
